We are thrilled to share that one of our most considered projects, a full-home transformation in Manly, has been featured across 14 pages of Home Beautiful in their October issue. To see a home we poured so much into recognised is a genuine honour, so we wanted to bring you inside it.

After 25 years, these are our three non-negotiables for quality
Take a look at some of the products we selected in our Manly project- as designers, we know exactly where the quality of your selections really matter.
1. Invest in quality tapware.
Tapware is touched every single day, and it's one of the first things both the hand and the eye notice. In this home we specified the Shaws by Perrin & Rowe Ribble Kitchen Mixer with Spray Rinse in chrome. It's a timeless profile with a weight and finish that reads as considered rather than trend-led. Good tapware is a small line in the overall budget, but it lifts an entire space.
It's worth choosing well.
2. Let the stone be the showstopper.
The kitchen is the hardest working room in the home, so it is where quality stone earns its place.
Here we chose the timeless and robust, Taj Mahal, a natural quartzite with soft movement and warmth that holds up beautifully to daily life. Our advice is simple: invest where your hands and eyes meet the surface most often. A considered stone in the kitchen will give back far more than the same spend spread thinly elsewhere.
3. Let the hardware carry the finishing detail.
The final layer is what makes a home feel resolved. In this home the hardware did much of that work thanks to the Hepburn Hardware Georgia range, in a mix of nickel and bronze. Hardware is held countless times a day, so it should feel solid and smooth in the hand every time you reach for it. Mixing metals then adds depth and stops a space feeling flat or overly matched.
These are the details people rarely notice consciously, yet they are exactly what make a room feel finished.
