We're a Finalist in the 2026 HIA NSW Awards

We are proud to share that our Neutral Bay House has been named a Finalist for Kitchen Design in the 2026 HIA NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards.

To see this kitchen recognised among the best in the state is a true honour, and a reflection of the precision and care behind every decision. Our thanks to our wonderful clients, and to the team who helped bring it to life: Debono Constructions, All Style Joinery and Styled in Stone, with photography by Simon Whitbread.

Here are three details we are most proud of

  1. Cabinetry that works as hard as it looks

The true luxury is in what you do not see. A hidden mudroom, complete with hanging rails for school blazers and raincoats and dedicated shoe storage, give a proper home to the everyday clutter that once gathered in the entry foyer. A hidden pantry, breakfast bar and dedicated pet feeding station.

    Nothing left out of place.

2. The quartzite island

Every element here was designed around how this family truly lives. The island is a true gathering place, generous enough for dinners and entertaining, and a spot for the children to do homework within easy supervision. It even conceals a dedicated stationery cupboard, so papers and pens are always out of sight.

Considered, hardworking and quietly beautiful.

3. Honouring the heritage home

This kitchen was designed in conversation with the home around it. A new archway brings symmetry and draws light through the space, while the once blank ceilings now carry detailing that echoes the original batten and board ceilings in the formal lounge and entry, quietly concealing a new structural beam. It feels like it was always there- and that’s exactly how it should feel.

A considered balance of old and new.
