Designed for a minimum of three rooms, this service provides the same thoughtful guidance, process and attention to detail as our full service, without undertaking a complete home redesign.

Planning & Feasibility Service
Our Floor Planning & Feasibility Service is ideal for clients who want early clarity on the layout potential of their home before progressing further. This service suits both clients who do not yet have architectural floor plans, as well as those who have indicative plans prepared by an architect or draftsman and would like them reviewed, refined, and resolved from an interior design perspective.
We begin by listening carefully to your needs, lifestyle, and budget parameters, then develop considered floor plans that explore the best possible use of the available space. Our focus is on improving flow, functionality, and liveability, ensuring the layout supports the way you want to live.
Once a preferred layout has been established, we engage a trusted builder and structural engineer for a site meeting and walk-through at your home. Together, the plans are reviewed to ensure they are structurally sound, achievable, and aligned with your budget expectations.

Our furniture and styling procurement service brings together quality, craftsmanship, and thoughtful selections. We work closely with you to understand your scope, lifestyle, personal style, and budget, allowing us to curate a considered collection of furniture, soft furnishings, rugs, and window treatments suited to your home.

With an end-to-end approach, we manage the ordering, coordination, deliveries and installation of all items, ensuring a seamless and well-organised process from start to finish. This allows you to enjoy the outcome without the complexity of managing multiple suppliers.
Where required, we also design and procure custom furniture and styling pieces, including bedheads, sofas, tables, cushions, curtains, bedding, and built-in furniture. Each piece is thoughtfully designed to sit comfortably within the overall scheme and contribute to a cohesive, enduring result.
