The Brief

• With an existing, functional floor plan in place, we were engaged to design and document all the drawings for construction

• Reimagine many of hard finishes, colour palette, hardware, mouldings, ceilings and feature lighting throughout the home

• Design a beautiful, functional family bathroom in keeping with the existing designs

How this was delivered

• The existing floor plan was retained yet transformed through carefully curated finishes, detailing and thoughtful joinery designs throughout

• We introduced many intricate details throughout to add depth, texture and luxury

• Custom joinery design, custom fireplace designs, finishes, paint and hardware selections throughout to elevate functionality while enhancing the home’s architectural character
