The Brief
Reimagine the home’s floor plan on both levels. Create additional storage where possible
It must exude a classic art deco style, reflected in both the interiors, exteriors and landscaping
Must have the wow factor, with not overcapitalising
How this was delivered
A full reconfiguration of the floor plan to accommodate five bedrooms, three bathrooms and two powder rooms, with a new mudroom, and generous linen cupboard
A layered palette of blues and greens selected to complement the home’s coastal location
Polished chrome accents integrated throughout to enhance its elegance and style
Design of all exterior finishes and landscaping to ensure a seamless connection between the home and its surroundings
